Annual Business Awards
The Annual Business Awards is the annual key initiative in the Chamber’s programme.
The India-Dubai Chamber of Commerce Business Awards have recognised achievements by Indian businesses in Dubai and/or Dubai based organisations with a significant investment in the UAE and India. We raise awareness of those rising to increasing business challenge by honouring excellent achievements in nine categories.
The categories are:

• Extraordinary CSR Practice
• Productivity Improvement
• Innovation in Business
• Inspirational Creativity
• Outstanding Professional Services
• Education & Training Excellence
• Young Professional of the Year
• Best Small Business Rising Star of the Year
We have brought the entry criteria to reflect more closely our membership policy, which welcomes all Indian & Dubai registered enterprises irrespective of business interests and industries (i.e. products, clients, management, etc), to join us and take part in this event.
The winners are selected from a wide range of nominated companies and individuals. The winners will be announced at our Gala Dinner in front of an estimated 450 guests.
The key theme in calling for nominations in 2012 will continue to be growth and innovation; i.e. successful growth strategies can be driven by entering and penetrating new markets; creating products and services for new potential customers; opening new sales and distribution channels or by optimising the business model through cost reduction fostering higher efficiencies, increased productivity and leveraging synergies globally.
